Shipping policy

Kidcorevanity is not responsible for carriers errors or address mistakes. We'll open and investigation inquire to the delivery carrier if an order is lost or misplaced, but we won't refund any orders if it can't be recover by the carrier.

Customer is responsible in providing the correct address. If failed to do so, Kidcorevanity  won't be responsible for any orders sent to the wrong address, nor a refund will be provided.

Although not often, there may be production delays in the case of large quantities of orders. We'll notify our customer of any delays in production.
